* Group POWER – is your hour of POWER! This 60-minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. Group POWER is for all ages and fitness levels.
* ZuMbA – are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the ZuMbA program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. (60 minutes)
* Cardio MIX – Just like it sounds, a mix of cardio movements that strengthen your cardiovascular health and help you burn calories in a motivating environment! Jump, Step, Tone, and MORE! Grab a friend and get your cardio on! (60 minutes)
* Step – A high-intensity class that involves stepping up & down on an adjustable platform using combinations of stepping. (60 minutes)
* Group KICK - Group KICK brings it ON! This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self-confidence! Energetic music, awesome instructors and a group environment will keep you punching, kicking, and smiling! Group KICK will knock you out!
* Group CORE - get Hard Core! Train like an athlete in 30 action-packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, will help prevent back pain and give you ripped abs! Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel and a platform - all to challenge you like never before. LiveSTRONG Indoor Cycling Studio Programs (towel & water are REQUIRED for all cycling classes)
·Learn to Cycle – Have you wanted to try a cycling class, but just not sure how to get started? You will learn proper bike set up, go over cycling education, and take you on a gentle ride. No experience needed!
·Cycling – It is a high intensity ride that takes you over hills, jumps, and various other terrains for a great calorie torching ride! (45 minutes)
·Jak’d up Jill – Jill Handy, the General Manager has created “Jak’d up Jill”, it offers the same intense ride that all of our instructors provide, it is just taken up a few notches with more time in and out of the saddle! (60 minutes)
·Master Cycling – Take the Jak’d up Jill class and multiply by two! This class is held once a month on the first Saturday of the month. (90 minutes) Previous Indoor Cycling experience is required.
Mind / Body Studio Programs
·Group Centergy – Redefine yourself with Group CENTERGY. Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60 minute journey of Yoga & Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics, and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress, and even smile. (Starts 7/30/11)
·Pilates - You will be empowered to discover your inner strength, transform your mind and body, increase stamina, improve your health, and achieve a new exciting well-being. Posture will improve, abdominals, back, and buttocks will become more visibly toned, while arms and legs will become leaner. Your energy level will dramatically increase.
·PiYo – PiYo is a fantastic way to enhance your fitness routine. Pilates & Yoga sequences are blended together to strengthen your core, enhance flexibility, increase body & breath awareness, and makes you feel great! (60 minutes)
